Introduction to Our ESG Report
We are proud to present our 2024 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report, reflecting a transformative year in our sustainability journey. This report highlights our commitment to building a more resilient and responsible future, while continuing to deliver secure and innovative payment solutions to global markets.
In 2024, we reached several important milestones, including the establishment of a Board-level Sustainability Committee, the achievement of the EcoVadis Commitment Badge, the completion of our ISO 14064:2018–verified group-wide carbon inventory, and the launch of innovative sustainable products such as the S1F4 PRO, featuring predominantly paper-based packaging and a significant reduction in single-use plastics.
Our selected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) provide transparent, measurable evidence of our impact across environmental, social, and governance priorities, demonstrating meaningful progress toward our long-term sustainability objectives:

Circular economy
Aiming to extend the life of our products through after sales service and maintenance programs, contributing to the reduction of electronic waste.
Our product and service innovation processes include setting environmental targets where applicable, aimed at developing sustainable solutions. Regular progress reviews are conducted to ensure alignment with legal requirements and evolving market expectations. We also work closely with our suppliers and relevant authorities to meet shared environmental objectives, including through supplier audits and sustainability initiatives that enhance our value chain.

CO2 Emissions Reduction
We have established a global network of repair centers in countries including France, the UK, Spain, Italy, Australia, the USA, Mexico, Jordan, Greece, and soon Turkey, to help reduce transportation needs. Additionally, we have worked to optimize our production chain, increase the use of recycled materials, and design our terminals to reduce energy consumption. We also focus on optimizing packaging to increase the number of terminals per pallet, further reducing our logistical footprint.
Renewable Energy
We are actively exploring renewable energy options, including the potential installation of solar panels at select facilities, as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our environmental impact. Our people are central to everything we do. We are committed to attracting, nurturing, and retaining a talented and diverse workforce, while fostering a culture of ethics, diversity, and innovation.
