Introduction to Our ESG Report
Castles Technology’s sustainability strategy focuses on eco-design, responsible sourcing, carbon footprint measurement, and ethical governance. In 2024, we achieved EcoVadis recognition, completed an ISO 14064:2018 verified carbon inventory, and reduced plastic packaging content by 99% for selected products.

Regular progress reviews are conducted to ensure alignment with legal requirements and evolving market expectations. We also work closely with our suppliers and relevant authorities to meet shared environmental objectives, including through supplier audits and sustainability initiatives that enhance our value chain.

CO2 Emissions Reduction
We have established a global network of repair centers in countries including France, the UK, Spain, Italy, Australia, the USA, Mexico, Jordan, Greece, and soon Turkey, to help reduce transportation needs. Additionally, we have worked to optimize our production chain, increase the use of recycled materials, and design our terminals to reduce energy consumption. We also focus on optimizing packaging to increase the number of terminals per pallet, further reducing our logistical footprint.
Renewable Energy
We are actively exploring renewable energy options, including the potential installation of solar panels at select facilities, as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our environmental impact. Our people are central to everything we do. We are committed to attracting, nurturing, and retaining a talented and diverse workforce, while fostering a culture of ethics, diversity, and innovation.
